Perth Window & Door Replacement Company are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee reporting, budgeting, payroll, tax compliance, and day-to-day accounting activities and be working alongside the Director and Operations team, supporting sound business decisions through timely and accurate financial information.

Based in Malaga, we have been WA’s leading manufacture, supply & installation of residential and commercial aluminium windows, doors and frames for over 23 years. A family owned and operated business that continues to grow year in, year out and day by day.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce financial accounting and reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Create BAS, IAS, Superannuation and other tax lodgement documents

Accounts Payable/receivable including entering supplier invoices, payments including weekly payroll and commissions

Prepare for month-end reports to predict labour and project costings

Merchant reconciliations of receipts and payments on a daily basis

Analysis and other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required

Debtor management and collection

Journals including accruals

Qualifications:

At least 5 years’ experience as a senior accountant/similar with efficiency in accounting and taxation knowledge

CPA/CA accredited (or working towards)

Experience using MYOB, XERO and efficient in Microsoft office

Schedule:

8 hour shift, Full-Time, Permanent

Day shift

Monday to Friday
