Are you an experienced accounts professional who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys mentoring others?
Hahn Electrical Contracting is seeking a practical, capable, and approachable leader to manage our busy accounts and admin team at our Kalgoorlie operation. This full-time, residential role will suit someone with strong financial administration skills and a genuine interest in developing junior team members.
Whether you have formal accounting qualifications (and would hold the title Accountant) or extensive hands-on experience (Senior Accounts Administrator), this is a key leadership role at the heart of our operations.
The Role
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll admin, and reconciliations
Supervise a team of 5–6 admin staff across finance and office functions
Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and training to junior team members
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and smooth office processes
Be the go-to person for creditors, debtors, and finance queries onsite
What You Bring
Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and office processes
Experience supervising or mentoring a small admin/finance team
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator who works well with others
Cert IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or higher preferred but not essential
Must be based in Kalgoorlie or willing to relocate (relocation support available)
Onsite role only – no remote or hybrid options
