About the Role:

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery — from handover of design through to practical completion. You’ll be responsible for driving program, managing project financials, leading site and contract administration teams, and ensuring quality, safety and stakeholder satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Programming

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and procurement schedules

Oversee delivery teams to ensure key milestones are met

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and support Contract Administrators, Site Managers and support staff

Act as primary point of contact for consultants, clients, and authorities

Commercial & Contractual Oversight

Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and letting

Monitor claims, variations, cost reporting and overall project cash flow

Delivery & Risk Management

Maintain project delivery in line with company safety, quality and compliance standards

Identify and mitigate program or commercial risks early

Handover & Close-Out

Coordinate defect rectification and manage handover to clients

Ensure smooth project close-out and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction

Proven delivery of projects between $10M+ (new-build and/or refurb)

Strong knowledge of AS contracts, cost control, and programming

Confident leading site and CA teams with clear, hands-on leadership

Excellent client-facing communication and issue resolution skills

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field
