Project Manager – Construction & Refurbishment Projects (Client-Side)

TalentWeb is working with a large project management business to find an experienced Project Manager to deliver a mix of construction and refurbishment projects across a national portfolio. With projects ranging up to $10 million in value, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front on diverse, fast-paced work that makes a visible impact.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of working from home and site/client collaboration twice a week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and deliver construction projects up to $10m, alongside a rolling program of refurbishment and upgrade works.
• Oversee all project phases—from early planning and approvals through to delivery and handover.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure projects meet performance targets for quality, cost, and timeline, while keeping clients engaged and informed throughout.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong project delivery experience across construction and refurbishment, ideally in commercial or corporate environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple live projects (6–8 concurrently) in various stages of delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a client-first approach.
• Organised, solutions-focused and confident working across multiple locations and teams.
