As Project Officer you will assist in planning, coordinating and delivering public works projects for the Shire of Cue. This position will ensure the Council achieves the strategic directions as set out in the Strategic Community Plan, Corporate Business Plan and Annual Budget.
This is a hands on role responsible for all aspects of project delivery. You will need to be able to work autonomously, with a high degree of accuracy and transparency across all project documentation and records. Proofread and format project documentation including reports, plans, letters, submissions and quotes. Assist in the preparation of written project evaluations in conjunction with adhering to project budgets.
The position entails the day to day duties required to manage and progress the Shire's projects.
Also included in this position is duties relating to our Aerodrome and applicants would be required to undertake aerodrome reporting officer training (provided by the Shire).
