About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Retail Manager to lead operations in the Sydney flagship showroom while also overseeing the Melbourne location, supported by each Store Manager. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the business owner, where you'll shape team performance, elevate customer experiences, and drive commercial success across both sites.

With your passion for excellence and strong leadership, you’ll inspire your teams to deliver an elevated standard of service, while consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management, ideally within premium or luxury retail

Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and team KPIs

A proactive mindset towards business development, events, and networking

Experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams

Creative flair and confidence in delivering visually inspiring merchandising

An enthusiastic approach to building a strong store culture and client relationships

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in high-end home or interiors is a plus, but not essential – more important is your passion for the industry and willingness to learn
