The Company
- Luxury residential home builder that's been in business for almost 10 years.
- Specialise in building architecturally design homes and large scale renovations & extensions.
- Partner with leading architectural practices.
About The Role
- Foreman to deliver renovation and extensions projects valued up to $3m.
- Project locations are typically in the Inner West and Easter Suburbs (Glebe, Marrickville, Kensington, Bondi etc).
- Monday to Friday working week.
- Salary level between $110,000 and $130,000 plus super.
Duties
- Site management of trades.
- Quality assurance.
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Scheduling trades.
- Ordering materials.
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
- Site progress reports.
- Site inductions and toolbox talks.
- WH&S.
Skills & Experience
- Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
- Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relations.
- Good attention to detail.
