Excellent supplier negotiation and global sourcing experience.
Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, or supply chain software like Zoho/NetSuite/DEAR).
Comfortable operating across fast-growth environments, wearing multiple hats, and solving unstructured problems.
Bonus Points:
Experience in timber, home goods, lifestyle, health tech, or high-end consumer brands.
Exposure to early-stage scaleups or cross-border sourcing.
What Success Looks Like

Inventory is lean but reliable. You’ve introduced forecasting tools and helped reduce stockouts, ageing stock, and over-ordering.
Your dashboards and insights drive clear decisions—procurement, product, and pricing strategy are all more data-driven and aligned across teams.
You’re the go-to strategic thinker across the business when it comes to sourcing, margin growth, and new category rollout.
Collaboration is seamless—Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Factory Teams trust your judgment and depend on your input.
