Area Manager, Rehabilitation - Western Sydney

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to deliver top-tier injury management services.
• Monitor team KPIs and drive performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities across Western Sydney.
• Collaborate with regional and state managers to support sustainable growth.

Requirements:

• Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehab Counselling or Psychology (with full professional registration).
• 3+ years of Occupational Rehabilitation experience.
• Proven people leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in business development, customer relationship management or quality assurance.
• Strong time management, communication and problem-solving abilities.
