We are seeking an exceptional Boutique Manager to lead this opening, someone who will not only uphold the highest standards of luxury retail but act as a true ambassador for the brand, shaping the customer journey from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all aspects of boutique operations — team, service, inventory, and environment
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team with a client-first mindset
• Deliver exceptional service experiences
• Represent the maison with grace and authority, upholding brand heritage and global reputation
• Liaise with international leadership and support local brand growth and performance
• Drive boutique KPIs including clienteling, CRM, and boutique turnover
• Oversee high-value transactions, presentation standards, and exclusive client events

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ leadership experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, or high-end watches
• Deep understanding of clienteling, bespoke sales, and premium customer experience
• Polished, professional presence with exceptional communication skills
• Proven ability to build strong, service-led teams and foster boutique culture
• Operational excellence in stock, visual merchandising, and luxury store presentation
• A passion for craftsmanship, heritage, and meaningful storytelling
