About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead and elevate the performance of a high-profile store. You’ll bring energy, inspiration, and a refined leadership style to guide your team in delivering exceptional service and driving strong commercial results.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management (luxury experience essential)

Proven success in leading teams to exceed KPIs and drive business performance

Strong clientelling and CRM experience with a genuine passion for relationship building

Commercial acumen and a sales-driven mindset

Visual merchandising flair and a keen eye for detail

Ability to build and foster a positive, high-performing team culture

Outstanding communication skills and a polished, professional presence
