About The Role:
The SaaS Account Manager at Martian Logic is about building a trusting relationship with clients in order to understand what the clients love and dislike about the products and services they're paying for. It's also about maximising the ROI clients are getting from our platform. It's a very challenging role, however, these challenges will take your career to another level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a trusting relationship with clients in order to get an accurate estimate of the client satisfaction and the value we deliver to clients
- Create individual goals and success plans for each client
- Collaborate internal stakeholders to deliver on the client success plans
- Meet both retention and growth KPI(s)
About You:
- Problem solver and curious about technology solutions
- Commercially savvy and motivated to generate more revenue and earn commission
- Customer service enthusiast
- Thoughtful communicator
- Team player and thrives in a team environment
- Having good skills of using the phone as an effective method of engaging with their clients
- Minimum of 3 years of SaaS based Client Success or Account Management
- Proficiency in sales and CRM systems.

Remuneration: We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return, we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- Base Salary: between $80K and $140K/year depending on experience
- Base Salary + Bonuses (OTE): $160K and $220K/Year
- Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year
