We’re working with a well-established and highly respected business in the security and technology services space, currently looking to appoint a capable Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and government clients - including councils and long-term service agreements.

This isn’t a cold calling BDM role. It’s for someone who enjoys nurturing existing relationships, scoping new project opportunities, and being the trusted face of a business clients already rely on.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of existing accounts across NSW

Deepening client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and contract retention

Identifying new project opportunities within existing accounts

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope

Monitoring budgets and ensuring strong financial outcomes for your accounts

We're looking for someone with:

Confidence managing long-term service contracts and project-based work

Strong commercial acumen – you understand how to drive growth through relationships

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, self-directed approach to client care

• Previous experience in account management, ideally with exposure to government or infrastructure-related services
• Industry exposure in a technical, field-service, or infrastructure-based environment (e.g. security, fire, electrical, HVAC, or similar)
