As my client continues to expand across Australia, we’re seeking a driven and ambitious sales professional to lead and grow our national footprint.
Position Overview
As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and expanding the business footprint in the Australian foodservice and hospitality industries. You’ll be the primary commercial lead across all states, working with foodservice distributors, hospitality groups, and independent venues to achieve national growth objectives. This is a high-impact role ideal for an experienced sales professional with a background in foodservice distribution who is eager to progress into a future leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
We're seeking a dynamic and driven National Sales Representative to lead sales growth across the foodservice and hospitality sectors nationwide. Based in Sydney, this full-time role is ideal for a sales professional with strong experience in foodservice distribution and a passion for premium beverage products.
You will play a key role in building partnerships with national and regional distributors, hospitality groups, and independent venues, while executing strategic sales initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. This position requires excellent relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage a national territory with autonomy. Regular interstate travel is expected, and the successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a national foodservice distribution environment, either working within a distributor or as a supplier partner.
- Proven track record of sales success in the FMCG, food, or beverage sector, ideally in premium brands.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and café landscape, particularly decision-making structures in the foodservice channel.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- High level of self-motivation and autonomy with strong time management and territory planning ability.
- Willingness to travel interstate regularly.
- Competency in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary from $90,000 - $120,000 (exp. dependent)
