About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Client Engagement & Partnerships Officer to help grow our NDIS participant base and strengthen relationships across the disability sector.
This role involves building and maintaining strong partnerships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, and other stakeholders. You will represent Easecare in the community, generate new participant enquiries, and ensure a smooth intake and onboarding experience.
This is a hybrid position, with flexibility to work from both home and our Melbourne CBD office.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, and other stakeholders
Attend community events, expos, and sector networking forums to represent Easecare
Generate leads and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new participants
Respond to new enquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings
Collaborate with intake and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Keep CRM records updated and track engagement activities and outcomes
Stay informed about NDIS developments and sector trends
Contribute to marketing, outreach, and growth initiatives
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + Super + Uncapped Bonus

About You
Essential:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, or community-facing roles
Understanding of the NDIS and its operating environment
Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and communities
Highly motivated with a professional and proactive approach
Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
Desirable:
Previous experience in the disability, aged care, or allied health sectors
Familiarity with CRM systems and managing client pipelines
Qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Marketing, or a related field
