About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SIL and Client Engagement Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living services in Metro Melbourne, Geelong and Colac and drive exceptional client engagement. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for service quality, compliance, team management, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SIL services, ensuring person-centred, high-quality support.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders.

Oversee compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.

Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of support staff.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure best practice in service delivery.

Oversee financial performance, reporting, and administration for SIL services.

Act as the primary contact for client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

About You

Tertiary qualifications in disability, community services, business, or a related field.

Proven management experience in disability services.

Strong understanding of NDIS, relevant legislation, and quality standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.

Commitment to person-centred practice, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
