This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in gaming, TAB, and Keno, who's ready to take the next step in their leadership career or a strong Duty Manager wanting to take that next step into management

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations across gaming, TAB, and Keno

Managing staff rosters and ensuring efficient team coverage

Supporting stock control, ordering, and invoicing

Leading the team and stepping in when the Venue Manager is off-site

Maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and presentation

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a similar supervisory or 2IC role

Solid understanding of gaming operations including TAB and Keno

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first approach

Confident with rostering, stock control and back-of-house processes

A positive attitude and passion for delivering a great customer experience

Offer:

$80k + S

ASAP Start

Great hours - 12am close on a Friday & Saturday
