We are seeking a Phone Sales / Customer Support person who is ready to be involved in a wide range of business functions, with a strong focus on industrial trade customer service.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience, especially if you have a general interest in tools, trades, or machinery used in the glass processing industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling incoming customer enquiries (phone, email, and in-person)

Entering and processing orders with accuracy

Providing product support and assisting with customer selections

Picking and packing orders

Loading/unloading deliveries and general warehouse tasks to assist warehouse staff when needed

Supporting a small, fast-moving team across multiple departments

What We’re Looking For:

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)

Full Australian work rights (PR or Citizen)

Strong verbal and written English skills

Good computer skills with the ability to multitask

Willingness to learn from various team members

Physically fit and ready for a hands-on role

A positive attitude and a team-first mentality

Flexibility to work overtime when required
