The Role

Based in Zillmere and reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this is a hands-on Inside Sales & Customer Service position supporting customers across a range of technical product lines. You’ll be the go-to contact for enquiries, processing orders and quotes, checking stock, and navigating technical specs to help customers get what they need.

This is not just about answering phones – you’ll work closely with datasheets, product codes, and the broader sales and service teams to make sure customers feel supported and solutions are delivered with accuracy and care. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and isn’t afraid of learning the ins and outs of specialised gear.

About You

You’re a natural problem-solver and people-person who takes pride in being accurate and responsive. Whether you’ve come from parts and service, wholesale distribution, or a customer support environment with technical products, you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and communicating clearly with clients and teammates.

You might not know everything about their product range yet – but you’re curious, quick to learn, and enjoy getting stuck into the detail.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in customer service or internal sales, ideally in a technical or parts-based environment
• Confident using CRMs, order management systems, and general admin tools
• Ability to understand product specs and interpret technical datasheets
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude
