Job Title: Business Development Manager (Trade)

Role Overview: A Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. They develop and implement strategies to expand the client base, manage relationships with existing clients, and identify potential partnerships. BDMs also play a key role in researching markets, creating business proposals, and negotiating deal.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your trade expertise to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

Expanding our business by introducing new clients and geographical locations

Lead the implementation of our whole-of-house sales approach, collaborating with our dedicated Branch Trade Account Managers.

Leverage your knowledge of the construction industry to forecast project timelines and material requirements

Utilize our Sympac POS system to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency

Requirements:

Trade experience in the construction industry is essential

Proven track record in sales, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster lasting client relationships

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm, based out of numerous locations in the southern highlands and south coast of NSW
