About the role

Cudmore Legal Pty Ltd is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Family Law Paralegals to join our team in our Brisbane office. As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our Family Law practice, assisting our solicitors in all aspects of family law matters. This is a full-time position based in our modern Brisbane CBD office.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and drafting legal documents such as affidavits, consent orders, financial statements, and other court documents

Conducting legal research and analysis to support solicitors in preparing for client meetings and court appearances

Liaising with clients, external parties, and the courts to gather information and progress matters

Organising and maintaining electronic and physical files in an efficient manner

Providing administrative support to the Family Law team as needed

What we're looking for

1+ years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, preferably in a family law environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient in using legal software and MS Office suite

A passion for family law and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
