About the role

We're seeking a friendly and organised Junior Receptionist to join our team at Professional Collection Services' in Toowong, QLD. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our busy office.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients and customers in a warm and professional manner
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
• Providing general administrative support such as photocopying, filing and data entry
• Maintaining office supplies and organisation
• Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software
• Experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in an office environment
• A professional and friendly demeanour
