As the first point of contact, our Receptionist – Concierge is not just the face of Madd, but the heartbeat of our day-to-day experience. From greeting clients with a smile to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on communication, organisation and creating memorable first impressions.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a positive, organised and people-focused individual to join us as our Receptionist – Concierge. You’ll be responsible for making every visitor feel like part of the Madd family while supporting the team with a range of administrative and coordination tasks.

Typically, Your Days Will Include:
• Welcoming clients and guests with warmth, professionalism and a genuine smile
• Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages and responding to general enquiries
• Managing meeting rooms and coordinating refreshments and boardroom setups
• Supporting the broader team with admin, supplies, merchandise and office coordination
• Maintaining a polished and inviting front office environment that reflects the Madd brand

Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus
• Warm, engaging communication style with a passion for people
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
• Confident using standard office software and phone systems
• A team player with a can-do attitude who enjoys creating a great experience for others
