At our Newstead showroom, we represent three exciting automotive brands — Lotus, Peugeot, and DEEPAL — and we’re on the lookout for a Service Receptionist who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves talking to people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, front-of-house position where no two days are the same. You’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our valued service customers, helping to coordinate bookings, manage communications, and support the service team. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a welcoming and confident phone manner, and a genuine passion for providing top-tier customer care.
