We are seeking an Receptionist to join our Team based in our Murarrie Office.

To be successful in this role you will require the ability to communicate effectively, a genuine desire to assist others, highly evolved customer service skills, and high-level organisational skills.

Being the first point of contact for the business whether face to face or over the phone, this role is important to the business to create the right first impression.

The role duties will include but not limited too...

Answering the Phone and directing calls to the correct department

Banking

Service and Warranty Bookings / Scheduling

Receiving, sorting, scanning, and filing company documents

Invoice processing

Data entry

General administrative duties and record keeping duties as required.
