We are seeking an energetic & motivated Accounts Officer to join our finance team. A part time role of 2-3 days per week, or more days at reduced hours if required to suit school hours. We offer a flexible work place.

Your Primary Responsibilities

Accounts payable

Accounts receivable

Bank transactions and reconciliations

Accounts reporting

Assist the finance team with other accounts and finance tasks

Sales reporting

Assist the sales team with admin tasks for retailers

Work as part of a team to meet business targets

The Essential Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role

Attention to detail

Experience using MYOB, Acumatica experience a benefit

Intermediate Excel experience for reporting and analysis

Understanding of the FMCG industry

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Reliability, punctuality and driver’s license with your own transport
