With a steady workload and an emphasis on reliability and customer service, they’re seeking a capable Accounts Officer to support their finance team in an ongoing capacity.

About The Role:
Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day accounts operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable. Duties include:

• End-to-end processing of supplier invoices and weekly payment runs
• Verifying invoice accuracy and obtaining necessary approvals
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
• Supporting month-end processes and AP reconciliations
• Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Payroll tasks as needed
• Providing general administrative and finance support to the wider team

About You:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment. You will bring:

• Solid experience in Accounts Payable (experience in manufacturing highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Willingness to assist with broader finance duties when required
