Accounts Receivable Officer

Location: Thomastown, VIC
Type: 6-Month Contract | Min 3 Days per Week

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our growing business on a part-time basis, with a minimum of 3 full days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

Processing invoices from clients and suppliers

Following up on outstanding payments

Reconciling accounts and ensuring financial accuracy

Handling billing/payment queries with clients and suppliers

Assisting with month-end and year-end processes

Maintaining confidentiality and AR procedures

Answering phones when reception is unavailable

Supporting the team with admin and ad hoc duties

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

Strong communication and phone skills

Confident with MYOB, Excel, and Word

Proactive, reliable, and works well independently

Positive, flexible mindset and a team player

Bonus points for experience with:

Outlook / Microsoft Teams

ServiceM8 or other job management systems
