About the role

Bayford VW Epping is seeking an experienced Automotive Stock Control & Sales Delivery Administrator to join our dynamic team in Epping, Victoria.

This full-time role will be responsible for managing the flow of vehicles and supporting our sales processes to ensure timely delivery to customers.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the delivery of new vehicles to customers, liaising with logistics providers

Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and inventory levels

Mainrain accurate forecast with OEM

Process sales orders and delivery documentation

Provide administrative support to the sales team

Assist with the preparation of sales reports and analysis

Ensure compliance with relevant automotive industry regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a client or sales administration role, ideally within the automotive industry

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Good communication and customer service skills

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
