About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service both in-person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Accurately process orders and payments, confirming all details to avoid errors.

Provide clear and accurate product and pricing information.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating where necessary.

Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.

Support the sales team by directing technical or complex queries appropriately.

About You:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

Previous experience in customer service or sales support is desirable.

Mandarin language skills would be highly advantageous.
