Salera’s, a respected name with over 72 years of history in the medium to high-tier luxury jewellery and watch segment, is seeking an energetic, creative, and driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

This role is a unique opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to contribute meaningfully to our success, gain invaluable experience, and grow within a supportive and experienced team.

How You Will Contribute to Our Success

Collaborate with owners and the sales team to develop and deliver promotional plans and materials to key stakeholders.

Ensure timely rollout of in-store and online promotional programs.

Liaise with external partners on marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with acquisition and range managers to launch and maintain promotions.

Participate in reviews and contribute to reports and presentations.

Manage in-store promotional assets and execution.

Contribute creative ideas and support promotional event development.

Assist in planning and executing both local and network-wide events.

What We're Looking For

The ideal applicant will be:

Energetic, flexible, and proactive

A strong communicator with an eye for detail

Proficient with graphic design software

Experienced or capable of managing eCommerce platforms and digital marketing

Able to support and manage promotional efforts across stores

Formally qualified and/or experienced in modern marketing techniques

Someone who holds full Australian work rights (please note: this role is not eligible for sponsorship)
