Marketing Manager (4 Days/Week – Permanent)

We’re looking for a commercially minded, creatively driven Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, paid performance, and campaign execution at The Skincare Company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business and is ready to step into true ownership of a brand.

You’ll oversee a small marketing team (Digital Specialist + Marketing & Content Coordinator) and work closely with Sales and Ops to drive brand growth across Australia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead brand strategy and annual marketing calendar (B2B and B2C)

Oversee brand execution across all channels: digital, paid, print, packaging, and in-store

Manage campaign planning, budgeting, and reporting with a clear focus on ROI

Lead and grow a small marketing team with a collaborative, high-performance culture

Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align launches, incentives, and trade activations

Drive paid strategy across Meta, Google, Klaviyo (with Digital Marketing Specialist)

Support ambassador, influencer, and PR activity to grow awareness and credibility

Champion brand consistency and creative direction across every touchpoint

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years in marketing with both strategic and executional experience

Strong understanding of paid performance and data-driven marketing

Experience managing people, processes, and campaign budgets

Confidence across brand development, digital channels, and creative direction

Experience in skincare, wellness, beauty or eComm is a bonus (but not essential)

Passion for small business, innovation, and bringing brand stories to life
