Looking to serve a fast growing and Modern bistro serving food and drink with the ability to have a work/life balance on the beautiful NSW Central Coast then we wish to hear from you.

We are currently recruiting a for a number of Chef roles. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth and efficient running of kitchen operations.

Your Experience and Skills Include:

A genuine passion for food and displaying high standards of production and presentation

Excellent communication skills

Strong plating and presentation skills, with a focus on attention to detail

The ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues

An eagerness to help develop and train others

The capacity to multitask and work well under pressure

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Current working rights in Australia

Please provide current references and demonstrate an understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene practices.
