Join a well-known and busy modern Japanese restaurant group in our iconic waterfront outdoor venue in Barangaroo.
Established in 2005, we've been operating for over 20 years and continue to grow. Zushi offers a casual, modern Japanese dining experience using the freshest and most sustainable produce wherever possible.
Energetic management with a team that grows like family.

We are currently looking for experienced sushi chefs, cooks and kitchen hands.

Your duties will include:
- Executing recipes
- Receiving and storage of stock
- Adhering to OH&S regulations and procedures
- Maintaining a hygienic and safe work place
- Working cohesively in a kitchen team

Benefits:
- Part-time award hourly rate from $24.10 (Level 1) to $27.17 (Level 4) plus weekend rates, plus annual leave & loading, plus sick leave, plus superannuation

- Full-time salary also available up to and over $70K depending on experience
- $100 Zushi dining voucher
- Zushi uniforms provided
