With a growing client base and a fast-paced event calendar, we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Events Crew Members to join our dynamic operations team.

About the Role
As an Events Crew Member, you’ll play a vital hands-on role in ensuring our furniture, equipment, and décor are delivered, set up, and packed down safely and efficiently for events. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Load & Unload Equipment: Safely load, transport, and unload event items including furniture, props, and structures

Event Setup & Pack Down: Set up and dismantle items on-site according to event layouts and timelines

Timely Deliveries: Ensure deliveries and pickups are completed according to event schedules

Vehicle Checks: Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns

Inventory Control: Check all items against packing lists and delivery notes to ensure order accuracy

Client Interaction: Provide professional, courteous service on-site during deliveries and setup

Safety First: Follow all safety protocols during transport, loading, and on-site handling

Report Issues: Immediately report any delays, damages, or incidents to your supervisor

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in events, logistics, removals, or a physical, fast-paced role

Ability to safely lift and move furniture and equipment

Strong time management and communication skills

Positive attitude and reliability – a must!
