We’re currently seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operator for an ongoing casual role based in Laverton North. This opportunity offers stable hours, consistent shifts, and the potential for a Team Leader allowance if youre ready to take that next step.

About the Role:

-Operating counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
-General warehouse duties as required

Night Roster:
Monday – Thursday: 5:00pm – 5:00am
Friday: 3:00pm – 1:00am (subject to operational needs)

What We’re Looking For:
Valid and current forklift licence (LF)
Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts
Reliable and committed to ongoing work
Strong attention to safety and process
Excellent communication skills
Team leadership potential or interest is highly desirable
(Additional $41.68/week allowance for team leader responsibilities)
