About the role

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Casual Event F&B Attendants to join the Showtime Event Group team in various venues in Melbourne. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service at our dynamic events. This is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant and fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive table service to event guests

Preparing and serving food and beverages in a professional and timely manner

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Assisting with event set up and pack down as required

Adhering to all food safety and liquor licensing regulations

Working collaboratively with the broader events team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

We operate events our of the following venues;

Showtime Events Centre

Cargo Hall

Aerial

Polly Woodside

Sealife Aquarium

Melbourne Town Hall

Whitten Oval

Rippon Lea Estate

Hellenic Museum

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for food, drinks and providing exceptional service

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)

A volunteer working with children check is required - or willingness to obtain one.

Ability to carry 3 plates

Can pour wine like a superstars.

Available to work late nights and weekends.
