🌟 About the Role – Educational Leader

As our Educational Leader, you’ll:

Guide and mentor educators in delivering high-quality educational programs

Lead curriculum planning and drive reflective practice

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the community

Ensure all learning and care practices align with the NQF and EYLF

Champion continuous improvement and child safety

You’ll also play a key hands-on role by:

Assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for educational and recreational activities

Preparing and conducting engaging activities for children

Supervising and supporting children’s daily routines and hygiene

Managing behaviour and guiding social and emotional development

Entertaining children through storytelling, play, and games

Supervising and ensuring safety during recreational and learning activities

Are Diploma qualified (ACECQA approved)

Have strong knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and child development

Communicate with clarity, confidence, and compassion

Enjoy leading and mentoring a team of educators

Demonstrate a deep commitment to child safety and inclusive practice

Are warm, joyful, and driven by positive outcomes for children

✅ Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Approved Child Protection Training

Current National Police Check
