Educator: $28.28 – $34.83 (based on qualification and experience)

At Busy Bees at Oxley, we are a vibrant service in Canberra with 120 places, dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. We’re currently welcoming applications for two key roles – Trainee Educator and Qualified Educator – to join our passionate and supportive Hive.

Trainee Educator

No prior experience required! Perfect for someone beginning their journey in early childhood education.

What You’ll Need:

Willingness to enrol in or currently enrolled in a Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care

Eligible for or currently hold an ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP)

Educator (Certificate III or Diploma Qualified)

What You’ll Need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care – ACECQA approved

ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

Key Responsibilities:

Support the learning and development of children through play-based programs

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality educational outcomes
