We are currently seeking a highly skilled Diploma Qualified Educator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to confidently run a room and support a passionate team of educators.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will:

· Lead the day-to-day operations of your room with professionalism and care.

· Support, guide, and collaborate with fellow educators to maintain high standards.

· Develop and implement engaging, child-centred programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

· Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including National Law and Regulations.

· Build respectful and effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

· A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in early childhood education.

· Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and the National Law and Regulations.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience using technology such as XPlor and Playground.

· A solid understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting. A copy of your most recent Child Protection training will need to be sighted.

· Demonstrated ability to lead a room and work collaboratively within a team.

· Current Working with Vulnerable Person Check, National Police Check and Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
