SPK Early Learning Centre is a small, not-for-profit, community based organisation is seeking a Diploma Qualified professional to join our team as a Team Leader on a full time (37.5 hrs/wk) basis.

Our service offers free on-site parking, 4 weeks annual leave under NES and the modern award with the addition of 2 extra weeks during Christmas/New Year closure.

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the EYLF V 2.0, and have experience working with children in early childhood. This role is a Team Leaders role with 3 hrs non-contact programming time weekly that covers programming, observations and other documentation required.

Candidate should hold a current WWVP card, First Aid, Food Handling and Mandatory Reporting or working towards an advantage but not limited to.

Professional development is encouraged and paid for by SPK Management to all staff to help foster, enhance and scaffold skills and knowledge within the sector.
