About the Role
This temporary full-time position is perfect for a Registered Nurse seeking a stable, Monday-to-Friday role where they can apply their clinical knowledge beyond hands-on patient care.
As a Complex Care Coordinator, your primary role will be to ensure the safe and high-quality delivery of support services for clients with complex care needs. This includes:
· Developing and overseeing complex care plans
· Providing guidance to support teams to ensure quality service delivery
· Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and best practices
· Supporting clients and their informal supports in navigating care challenges
About You

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with proven experience as a Registered Nurse
✔ AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
✔ Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
✔ Expertise in High Intensity Personal Support needs, including emergency care
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired (Advantageous but not Required):
✔ Understanding of the Community Services sector and relevant legislation
✔ Experience in leadership, performance management, or supervision
✔ Qualifications in the community or disability sector (e.g., Diploma in Disability)
✔ Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or auditing
✔ Previous involvement in NDIS support coordination or case management Applications

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per annum, plus super
