Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a change of pace in your career? Are you tired of shift work and want full-time, Monday-to-Friday hours? Or are you simply seeking a new challenge?

This is not a traditional nursing role—no hospital wards, night shifts, or bedside care. Instead, you will use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to coordinate and oversee support services for clients with complex care needs.

We are currently offering a maternity leave cover position at Care Plus Services, available until mid-January, with the potential for extension. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully by ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality support to our clients.

About the Role

This temporary full-time position is perfect for a Registered Nurse seeking a stable, Monday-to-Friday role where they can apply their clinical knowledge beyond hands-on patient care.

As a Complex Care Coordinator, your primary role will be to ensure the safe and high-quality delivery of support services for clients with complex care needs. This includes:

· Developing and overseeing complex care plans

· Providing guidance to support teams to ensure quality service delivery

· Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and best practices

· Supporting clients and their informal supports in navigating care challenges

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with proven experience as a Registered Nurse

AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

✔ Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

✔ Expertise in High Intensity Personal Support needs, including emergency care

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desired (Advantageous but not Required):

✔ Understanding of the Community Services sector and relevant legislation

✔ Experience in leadership, performance management, or supervision

✔ Qualifications in the community or disability sector (e.g., Diploma in Disability)

✔ Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or auditing

✔ Previous involvement in NDIS support coordination or case management Applications
