Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their boutique financial advice firm based in Adelaide’s CBD.
They are a small team that truly values relationships with their clients and each other. Now, they’re looking for a friendly, organised person to join them in a part-time administrative role.
About the Role
This role is about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and making clients feel looked after from the moment they get in touch. Some responsibilities include:
Client-Facing Tasks
Answering client phone calls and emails warmly and professionally
Booking and confirming appointments with clients
Preparing meeting packs, forms, and follow-up documents
Helping new clients get set up and feel welcome
Following up paperwork (like insurance forms or super rollovers)
Ensuring all client information is accurate and up to date
Maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude in every interaction
Team Support Tasks
Managing diaries and calendars for the advice team
Tracking deadlines and helping manage task workflows
Organising and uploading digital client files
Scanning, filing, and handling mail and correspondence
Liaising with product providers and external stakeholders
Keeping the office space organised and running smoothly
Pitching in with anything else needed to support the team
This role is a great introduction to the financial planning profession, and you will be provided training and guidance along the way.
You don’t need experience in financial planning – You will be taught what you need to know. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, is naturally organised, and maybe even sees themselves in the industry down the track.
