About the role
We are seeking an organised and personable Administrative Officer to join the Department of Nuclear Medicine, PET & Bone Densitometry. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointment coordination, patient billing, and ensuring the smooth running of the department's day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors alike.
Your responsibilities will include performing general reception duties, assisting with routine clerical work, and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders. About You
We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer. The ideal candidate will possess the following key attributes:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Proven experience in handling confidential information, using Microsoft Office, and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of medical terminology and the ability to adapt and learn new skills efficiently.
