An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Administration Officer to join a supportive team in Adelaide's CBD. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing essential administrative and coordination support across multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations. To succeed, you'll bring proven administrative experience, strong organisational and communication skills, a proactive and dependable approach, and comfort with office systems and CRMs. This is a Full-time Monday to Friday position located in the Adelaide CBD commencing immediately.

What you'll do:

As an Administration Officer, you will become an integral part of the team's daily operations by offering reliable support across several departments. Your role will involve coordinating essential office processes, managing important records, preparing documents, responding to queries with warmth and professionalism, as well as keeping schedules running smoothly. Your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with empathy and efficiency will ensure that every aspect of the office runs seamlessly.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments by managing documentation, correspondence, and day-to-day office tasks with care and precision.
  • Coordinate office processes to ensure efficient workflow between teams, fostering a harmonious and productive environment for all staff members.
  • Manage and update department registers as well as filing systems, maintaining accurate records that are easily accessible when needed by colleagues or management.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, document preparation, and handling correspondence to guarantee timely communication both internally and externally.
  • Handle general inquiries professionally while acting as a dependable point of contact for internal teams seeking information or assistance.
  • Maintain team calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and events so that everyone remains informed and organised.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory levels to ensure resources are always available without interruption to daily activities.
  • Support front-of-house reception duties when required, greeting visitors warmly and ensuring they feel welcome upon arrival.
