About the role

Platinum Strata Management is looking for an Assistant / Junior Strata Manager to join our team in Gosford, NSW. This is a full-time opportunity to work in the exciting field of strata management, supporting our experienced Strata Managers in the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

Assisting Strata Managers with the administration and coordination of strata schemes

Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and other communications to strata owners and committees

Liaising with owners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to strata schemes

Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office tasks

Gaining exposure to the full range of strata management responsibilities

Issuing work orders and coordinating trade repairs.

What we're looking for

Some experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the property or strata management industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

A keen interest in property management and a desire to learn and grow in the strata industry

A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
