Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Strata Manager located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Assistant Strata Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of strata schemes, working with Executive Committees, and providing exceptional Strata Management Service to owners.

The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience in office administration.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and organizational abilities

Knowledge of strata management practices and legislation

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant strata management software

Experience in property management or related field is a plus

You will need to have completed your Certificate of Registration.
