About the role

Platinum Strata Management is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our dynamic team in Gosford, NSW. As a Strata Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of residential and commercial strata properties. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our respected organisation.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive strata management services to a portfolio of strata properties, including arranging and conducting strata committee meetings, preparing financial reports, and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of common areas

Ensuring compliance with relevant strata legislation and regulations, and advising strata committees on legal and administrative matters

Liaising with owners, tenants, and contractors to address queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Preparing and managing annual budgets, collecting levies, and maintaining accurate financial records

Coordinating maintenance and improvement projects, obtaining quotes, and overseeing the work of contractors

Providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Strata Manager or a related role within the real estate and property industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in using strata management software and Microsoft Office applications

Thorough understanding of strata legislation, regulations, and best practices

A relevant tertiary qualification in property management, real estate, or a related field
