About the role

Join Platinum Strata Management as an Assistant Strata Manager working full-time in our Milsons Point, NSW office. In this key role, you'll be supporting our experienced Strata Managers in providing exceptional service and management to our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Sydney.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the day-to-day operations and financial management of strata schemes

Coordinating and attending Owners Corporation meetings

Responding to enquiries from owners, tenants and contractors

Scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repair work

Preparing and issuing levies, invoices and financial statements

Providing administrative support to the Strata Management team

Ensuring compliance with all relevant strata laws and regulations

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a similar strata management or property administration role

Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with great attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Sound knowledge of strata legislation and best practices

Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Relevant property management qualifications (desirable)
