Maximise Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic full/part-time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team at our Palmerston office. The scope of duties for this role will encompass all aspects of front office / clinic reception operations including:
point of sale
phone calls
bookings management
client engagement
general administrative service co-ordination for our satellite sites at Humpty Doo, Casuarina and Cairns
Selection criteria for this position will include:
previous administrative experience, preferably within the Healthcare industry
great customer service skills
great phone skills
strong attention to detail
EFTPOS and cash handling skills
problem solving skills
ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
This full/part-time permanent position is offered at 20-40 hours per week, to be worked across clinic opening times 8am-6:30pm Monday-Friday and 8-1pm Saturday, and available for immediate start.
